Cramp Bark Cut Coarse (Viburnum opulus) — coarse-cut cramp bark, 100% pure with no additives, fillers, or preservatives, ethically wildcrafted or farmed, sold by weight and packed by hand at GARDENS OF THE ANCIENTS® in Austin, Texas. Also known as Guelder Rose, Highbush Cranberry and Snowball Tree.
A traditional European and North American herb, steeped as a tea or made into tinctures; steep 1–2 teaspoons of cut bark in boiling water for 10–15 minutes and strain.
Available in sizes from 1 oz to 1 lb. Cramp Bark is generally safe when used appropriately, but consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new herbal remedy, especially if pregnant, nursing, or if you have existing health conditions. Avoid in cases of hypotension, as Cramp Bark can lower blood pressure.

Mailing list members get free standard USPS shipping on orders over $60 when signed in to their Shop account. Live plants and cuttings are not eligible for free shipping and ship at their own flat rates.
Pickup: usually ready the same day during business hours (Mon–Thu, 9:30am–3:30pm). Weekend pickup depends on availability, so call (737) 217-9241 to ask. Otherwise, orders are ready during business hours the next business day.
