Scotch Bonnet Pepper Seeds - The Fiery Heart of Caribbean Cuisine (Capsicum chinense)

Ignite your garden with the tropical heat of our Scotch Bonnet Pepper Seeds. Celebrated for their intense spiciness and unique flavor, these non-GMO heirloom seeds will grow peppers that are a cornerstone of Caribbean cooking. With notes of sweetness and a fruity aroma, Scotch Bonnet peppers add a complex layer of heat that's beloved in jerk seasonings, hot sauces, and beyond.

Key Features:
- Non-GMO & Heirloom: Seeds that are true to the traditional Scotch Bonnet, preserving the legacy of this fiery pepper.
- Fiery Flavor: Known for its heat, comparable to Habanero, but with a distinct fruity and slightly sweet taste.
- Compact Plants: Scotch Bonnets grow on bushy plants that are well-suited for container gardening or small garden spaces.
- Colorful Harvest: The peppers transition from green to a vibrant yellow, orange, or red when fully ripe.

Benefits:
- Culinary Versatility: A must-have for authentic Caribbean dishes, enhancing everything from soups to marinades with its robust flavor.
- Home Gardening Staple: Easy to grow, these peppers are perfect for gardeners looking to add some spice to their home-grown produce.

- Preserve Culinary Heritage: By growing these heirloom Scotch Bonnets, you're partaking in a tradition that spans generations.

Planting Instructions:
- Start Indoors: Sow seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost date. Use a seed starting mix, maintain warmth (around 80°F) for germination, and keep the soil moist but not waterlogged.
- Transplanting: Transplant seedlings outside once the weather is warm and danger of frost has passed. They thrive in full sun.
- Care: Water regularly but allow soil to dry slightly between waterings. Fertilize with a balanced fertilizer.

Packaging:
- Sealed in eco-conscious packaging to keep seeds fresh and viable.
- Quantities available for both the home gardener and those looking to grow on a larger scale.

Ideal For:
- Spice lovers and fans of Caribbean and West African cuisines.
- Gardeners interested in growing peppers with a punch.
- Herbalists and cooks who appreciate the unique qualities of Scotch Bonnet peppers in their recipes.

Elevate your garden and your kitchen with the fiery essence of Scotch Bonnet peppers. Plant these seeds to cultivate not just peppers, but a legacy of flavor that's known to bring heat and happiness to any dish.
