Shipping, delivery & pickup

Pickup & local delivery only items: products marked “Pickup & local delivery only” (many of our herbs, powders, teas, culinary spices and salts) do not ship. Pick them up at 505 Bear Canyon Dr, Manchaca, TX 78652, or call (737) 217-9241 to arrange delivery anywhere within 15–20 miles of Manchaca. An order that includes any of these items can’t be shipped; choose pickup at checkout, or call us to arrange delivery.

Free shipping: free shipping on all orders over $100 in the continental U.S.; the shipping method is chosen by Gardens of the Ancients staff. Mailing list members get free standard shipping on orders over $60, whatever the size of the order, when signed in to their Shop account; faster options stay available at their regular price. Live plants and cuttings are not eligible for free shipping and ship at their own flat rates.

Plants and cuttings must be ordered separately from other products. Live plants and cuttings ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC only — not to Alaska or Hawaii. Seeds ship to all 50 states.

Pickup: order online or by phone first; there is no walk-in shopping. Pickup orders are usually ready the same day during pickup hours (Mon–Thu, 9:30am–3:30pm). Weekend pickup depends on availability, so call (737) 217-9241 to ask. Otherwise, orders are ready during business hours the next business day.

Local delivery: call (737) 217-9241 to arrange. We deliver anywhere within 15–20 miles of Manchaca. Free to Manchaca, Buda and 78652; Kyle and elsewhere in Austin $8–$15 depending on distance and urgency.

Shipping: products that ship go out in 1–2 business days.
