Tian Dong Root Tea (Asparagus cochinchinensis) — dried Tian Dong root, sold by weight and packed by hand at GARDENS OF THE ANCIENTS® in Austin, Texas. Also known as Tian Men Dong, Chinese Asparagus Root and Asparagus Tuber.
A traditional Chinese herb, simmered into teas, decoctions and soups.

Free shipping: free shipping on all orders over $100 in the continental U.S.; the shipping method is chosen by Gardens of the Ancients staff. Mailing list members get free standard USPS shipping on orders over $60 when signed in to their Shop account. Live plants and cuttings are not eligible for free shipping and ship at their own flat rates.
Plants and cuttings must be ordered separately from other products.
Pickup: order online or by phone first; there is no walk-in shopping. Pickup orders are usually ready the same day during pickup hours (Mon–Thu, 9:30am–3:30pm). Weekend pickup depends on availability, so call (737) 217-9241 to ask. Otherwise, orders are ready during business hours the next business day.
Local delivery: free to Manchaca, Buda and 78652; Kyle and elsewhere in Austin $8–$15 depending on distance and urgency.
